2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Order Process Orders are confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or payment issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery As a dropshipping retailer, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

6. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by L'Art du Rangement. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [support email]. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranties All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

8. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, you may contact a certified mediator. French law applies to these terms.
